How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Cinematic video are delivered within 48 hours. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Are you licensed for drone operations?
Yes. All drone flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, fully insured and compliant with all local and federal regulations for commercial real estate drone photography.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We monitor conditions closely and will reach out in advance if the weather is likely to affect the shoot. We can reschedule at no extra charge, or proceed with interior-only coverage and return for exterior and drone footage when conditions improve.
How do I receive my files?
All photos, videos, and floor plans are delivered through your Spiro client dashboard. One clean, organized link where you can download, share, and access everything in one place.
How does payment work?
No payment is required to book. Once your photos and files are ready, you pay at the time of download through your Spiro client dashboard. No credit card is needed upfront.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For same-day or next-day shoots, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
What should the seller do to prepare for the shoot?
The home should be clean, decluttered, and ready before we arrive. Personal items, trash bins, and excess furniture should be cleared from view. Lights should be turned on and blinds opened. A well-prepared home makes a significant difference in the final result.
