Information you give me: when you fill out a contact or inquiry form, book a shoot, or email or call me, I receive what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, the property or business address, and details about your project.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, through server logs, cookies or analytics tools.
How I use your information
I use your information to reply to inquiries, send quotes, schedule and deliver shoots, send invoices, and keep records of our work together. I use technical data to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. I do not sell your personal information.
Who I share it with
I share information only with service providers that help me run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, gallery delivery, payment processing and editing support, and only as much as they need to do that work. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Third-party content

Photos of properties and people
Photos I create for clients may appear in my portfolio, on this website and on social media, unless we agree otherwise. If you appear in a photo on this site and would like it removed, email me and I will take care of it.

I keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide my services and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you can opt out of any marketing emails at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.
