Luxury Condo near TD Garden

The shoot

This is one of those condos where the space does most of the talking. Warm wood cabinetry, white marble counters, clean modern finishes, and windows that frame the downtown skyline. My job was to get out of its way.

I started with the kitchen, as I almost always do. The island, the pendants and the view out the window, composed so a buyer can feel what it would be like to cook there.

Then the city opened up. As golden hour settled over downtown, the skyline turned amber and rose and the brick next door started to glow. The frames with the warm interior on one side and the city outside the glass are some of my favorites.

Shooting here means strong window light, complicated sight lines and a lot of city just outside the frame. It rewards patience.
