Real Estate Photography in Seaport Boston

This project was a 1-bedroom condo in Seaport Boston.

The space had a strong mix of modern finishes, city views, and bold design elements, especially the feature wall in the living area.

With floor-to-ceiling windows and strong natural light, we decided to shoot with lights off to keep the colors clean and avoid mixed lighting.

What I Focused On

  • Keeping the green feature wall accurate and not oversaturated
  • Showing the open layout between kitchen and living area
  • Capturing the city views clearly without blowing out the windows
  • Clean kitchen shots with straight lines and balanced light
  • Simple bedroom and bathroom coverage with true tones

In spaces like this, color accuracy matters more than anything.

If the tones are off, the whole space feels different.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was balancing the bold interior design with natural light.

  • The green wall could easily look too strong or unnatural
  • The windows bring in a lot of light, which can wash out the view
  • The space is compact, so angles had to be precise

Using HDR allowed me to keep everything balanced without over-editing.
