Airbnb Photography – Medford, MA

This Airbnb photography project in Medford, MA features a recently renovated 2 bedroom first floor Victorian rental, located just a few blocks from the Green Line and Tufts University.

This was a first time collaboration with the host, who had just refreshed the space with new paint and updates, and wanted images that reflect the colors and overall feel of the home.

The space has a strong personality with bold colors and natural light throughout. Because of that, the focus was on keeping everything true to how it feels in person. We coordinated the shoot on a bright sunny day and kept all interior lights off to avoid color cast and maintain clean, natural tones.

The layout includes an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king and queen beds, and a front balcony. Each space was photographed to clearly show both layout and character.

For this project, I delivered:

• Interior photography for the full unit

• Clean, natural light images with accurate color

• Coverage of layout, details, and key features

• A set of images ready for Airbnb and listing use

The final images were created for the live Airbnb listing, helping the space stand out and clearly represent the layout and feel for potential guests.

The full shoot was completed in about two hours, with a focus on efficiency while still capturing the space at its best.
